A great way to release any negative mental toxins is to move your body by exercising. I recommend you exercise no longer than thirty minutes. Even if you’ve been exercising for quite a while I’m going to ask you to temporarily cut down your workout time to thirty minutes a day. I recommend you workout 3-5 times a week for 20-30 minutes–whatever feels good to your body.
You may wish to alternate your workout to every other day if at any time you feel you’re pushing your body too hard. It’s important to listen to your body. Stop exercising when it becomes too strenuous or it feels like you’re working out in misery mode.

To feel is to be ALIVE! Feelings are a good thing; whether those feelings are good or bad or happy or sad. We must feel. A good way to bring out your true feelings is to write in a journal. I suggest you keep your journal private rather than making an online journal. Writing in your journal allows you to express all of your emotions. Let your spirit be free and really open up without editing a thing in your journal. Your spelling can be messed up too. That’s allowed!
